Unfortunatly, you kind of have to know what went down in the game in order to get the jist of what the video is about, however, don't despair! I am here to help ya .

This is a good opportunity to talk about Entopia Universe as a game as well, so I'll kill two birds with one stone.

The main theme of the video is regarding Entropia Universe LandGrab 2009. This wild event is done on a yearly basis and consists of the top 50 societies (clans/guilds/groups/etc) figting for some great prizes. MindArk, or First Planet Calypso, puts out 20 or so Land Areas that can be taken by a society. They have to fight against each other and take over as many as then can. At the end of the time alloted for this event, the societies that won land areas get to keep them for 6 months (I believe it's 6 months). In return, they get to manage the land area and collect taxes on it, which are mostly from loot picked up by Hunters and Miners while on the land. Now mind you, this is REAL CASH we're talking about here.

Now that you're an expert in Entropia Universe LandGrab Events, something very interesting happened on the 2009 event. Many of the top 25 or so societies formed an alliance with the main purpose of defeating the, arguably, TOP Society in Entropia Universe. Hence, an Alliance was born!

Could the TOP society battle through this and continue their domination? Nope .

The Alliance dominated SO MUCH, that there ended up being a minimum number of battles. The TOP society could not hack it and threw their towels on the ground.
